Welcome to our 3rd grade class!

HOMEWORK IS POSTED DAILY ON OUR GOOGLE CLASSROOM HOMEROOM PAGE.

Hello Students and Families,

Welcome to our 2023-2024 school year!

I am happy to have you as part of this year's "Shugrue Crew" Learning Community. We will focus our behavior with positiviy immersed with kindness and respect during our year together.

We are off to a strong start and I am excited to meet parents at our upcoming Back to School Night.

Please remember that students are not permitted at Back to School Night so please plan your childcare accordingly.

During our year together, I welcome your feedback along this journey so that, together, we can best support your child's growth in all subject areas, as well as socially with their classmates and other Defino Dolphins.

Just a reminder, each day, HW will be copied by students into their Defino agenda pads/assignment and will also be posted onto my HOMEROOM Google Classroom page under "Announcements". The daily HW information will be available at approximately 3:10pm each afternoon. 

All the best as we continue through our first few weeks of the school year.

Please feel free to send-in a water bottle with your child to retain at his/her desk during the school day.

All water bottles should be labelled with the student's name.

To all parents/guardians, please remember that our lines of communication are always open...it is through our home-school collaboration that the children will continue to grow and benefit most.
