Welcome to my website! My name is Mr. LaGuardia and this is my eighth year teaching in Marlboro. I taught special education at Robertsville Elementary before transferring to Defino Central during the 2020-2021 school year as a third grade general education teacher. I am excited to be joining the fourth grade team this year!
I began my career as a first grade teacher in Howell Township, but eventually made my way over to Marlboro. In Marlboro, I have taught grades three, four, and five. I have a masters degree in reading specialization from Georgian Court University. Teaching reading is a real passion of mine! I have also completed the NJEXCEL program and earned my principal certification!
