A Message From The Teacher:

Homework is essential to success and retaining lessons. Please review and sign your child's homework and assignment pad each evening. This way you will be aware of any upcoming assignments or tests your child may have.  I will be assigning homework most nights. I will review directions for homework each day and homework is posted each morning on the board and be sure to check my web page as well.

If your child is absent I will be happy to send home missing work. Please notify the office via email ([email protected])as soon as possible so I can gather the needed books. In addition, you can email me directly to request work as well. (See my email above).

PLEASE NOTE: All work is sent to the office to be picked up either by a parent or sibling at the end of the day.

Tests are given after a unit of study is completed. I will let the children know generally a week ahead. I will provide review pages, a study guide or graphic organizer to study from.

The best way to communicate any questions or concerns you might have is to email me. I will do my best to get back to you in a timely manner usually within the day. You may also send me a note. I just ask that you do not use your child's assignment pad to contact me as I do not check the assignment pads on a daily basis.
