A little bit about me…

My name is Miss Hynes and I will be teaching 2nd grade POR this year! I am so excited to start this school year, and help my students learn through engaging and fun lessons and centers.

I graduated in May 2021 from Georgian Court University as an education major with a focus in special education. I hold both a K-6 Elementary Education teaching certificate and a Teacher of Students with Disabilities teaching certificate.

This will be my third year teaching in the Marlboro School district! I believe it is important to connect with my students. Connecting with my students allows me to plan lessons that incorporate their interests and their strengths, as well as a hands-on component. This will create a learning environment that students enjoy and thrive in.

It is my goal to foster an environment that builds a love of learning and allows the students to grow and learn in a safe, warm classroom setting.
