Dear Parent(s) and Guardian(s), 

Since each child in the district has been placed on Home Instruction due to COVID-19, teaching staff will email parent(s)/guardian(s) the written plan for instruction and instructional activities. I will continue to email content, assignments, and instruction on a daily basis for each day we are closed. I will provide a reasonable length of time for instruction per day that will continue each student’s academic progress. Unless students are ill, the expectation is that they will complete assignments each day. I will be online and ready to answer questions and address the needs of students by email between the hours of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday; students certainly can work outside of these hours, but these hours are when I will be available for questions and guidance. 

If at any point, your child misses special education services or programming, you will be notified by the child study team who will be designing an individualized plan based on your child's specific needs.
