Welcome to the Library Media Center!
Welcome to the 2020-2021 School year. I am so excited to be back in the library this year because this means our students can begin checking out books again. Please see below for the book checkout procedures.
Book Checkout
- Students will checkout books weekly during their library period. Students in grades K-2 can check out one book weekly. Students in grades 3-5 can check out 2 books weekly if they wish.
- Students are expected to return books each week. If students would like, they can renew books two times. If renewing a book, students do not have to bring it in unless they want to read it during book checkout time.
- If students forget to bring their book, they will be unable to check out a new book that day. During book checkout time, they can read quietly or choose books to be put on hold for next week.
- Students can return books any day of the week with permission from their homeroom teacher. They do not have to wait until their next library day to return books if they forgot them.
